This ready made blend contains a mix of Peppermint, Frankincense and Lemon pure essential oils. It is designed to stimulate and refresh and to help the user to stay alert, to combat fatigue and to revitalise during a hectic day.
Aromatherapy in the home:
Add a few drops of the oil to water in the well of an oil burner and light a tea light underneath, alternatively you can add a few drops of the oil in to the water chamber of your electric ultrasonic diffuser.
Aromatherapy on the go:
Add a couple of drops of oil on to the specially designed diffuser beads or felt pads of your diffuser jewellery or car air fresheners.
Aromatherapy for the body:
Dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the body as a massage oil. Alternatively add a few drops to you bath water to enjoy a natural relaxing soak.
